A Strength and Conditioning Training plan designed to assist the Teenager gain strength and physical conditioning . Program consists of 45-60mins sessions /day – 3 days a week in the gym without compromising schooling. This plan outlines the exact sets and reps as well as exercise order needed to get the results.
